In addition to supporting associate volunteer activities, each year Ironstone pledges a minimum of 10% of annual profits to be donated to non-profit organizations with a proven track record of providing vital community services and art to the public. These organizations include: the New York Public Library, the City Parks Foundation & the Public Theater.

Property Type: Development sites for multi-family, retail, or mixed-use Property Location: New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens & Bronx) Deal Size: $1 million - $25 million
